GTS45 stands for Group Training Sessions — 45 minutes. It's the most popular programme at RAFAEL DURO FITNESS, and the easiest way to train with Rafael in Penang.

Every season runs for 12 weeks. The program is written for the group, progresses week to week, and is coached live — every rep, every set. No random circuits. No guessing what to do next.

The cap is 12 people per session for a reason: enough crew to push you, few enough that Rafael sees everything that's happening on the floor.
