Every week I check in, look at what's working, and adjust. You're never guessing, and you're never doing it alone. Twenty-six years means I've already seen whatever's about to get in your way.

We work in 12-week blocks because that's how long visible change takes. The commitment isn't a contract trap — it's the thing that gets you to the finish line instead of quitting at week three.
Follow your plan and check in every week for 90 days. If you've done the work and still haven't seen real, visible progress, I'll coach you up to 3 more months — free — until you do.
